A couple of weeks back I took the boy to Paris for his Christmas present (for some snippets and pics of the other things we got up to, see here). It wouldn’t have been a trip to Paris without going to see (and climb) the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur and the Louvre, which incidentally was the reason we went there in the first place. Paris is one of my favourite cities in the world and I don’t think I will ever grow tired of visiting it or it’s most famous sites. Here are a couple of the photos I snapped of Paris’s iconic features that require no further introduction:
Sunset on our way….feet….my aspiring home….the way to get around….the two leaning towers of Bologna….secondo platto of a €10 lunch….graffiti and arches….snap snap….the hidden canal….
Italy just keeps getting better and better. Bologna is a beautiful and wonderful city. So much history and culture. As for the food, it is enough to blow your mind! The home of Bolognese sauce (obviously) and tortellini, we could’ve stayed forever.
